These terms are an agreement between you and Wan Family Office Limited, a company in Hong Kong ("we", "us"), the maker of Atrium. By creating an account or using Atrium you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Atrium.
What Atrium does
Atrium is a day calculator. It counts days from the trips and facts you record, and shows how many days you have used and how many are left before the day conditions of certain countries are reached.
Atrium is not tax, legal or immigration advice. It does not decide whether you are resident, domiciled or liable to tax anywhere. Those questions depend on facts and law that only you and a qualified adviser can weigh. The numbers Atrium shows are only as complete and accurate as the information you enter, and rules change. Please keep your own records and check anything important with your adviser.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You are responsible for the people you invite. An assistant or tax adviser you invite can see your records within the limits of their role until you remove them.
Plans and payment
Free lets you record up to 5 trips. Personal and Premium are paid subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly in pounds sterling through the Apple App Store. Premium also lets you invite assistants and tax advisers. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your Apple ID settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms. We may change prices or plans with notice in the app; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
Your data
Your trips, documents and settings are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Atrium for you and the people you invite. How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile, then Delete account). Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Using Atrium properly
Do not use Atrium to break the law, to record false information in order to mislead a tax authority or anyone else, to access another person's account or data, to interfere with the service, or to copy or resell it.
The service
We work to keep Atrium available and accurate, but we provide it as it is. It may be unavailable from time to time, features may change, and we may add or retire plans. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk, and we will tell you why where we can.
Our responsibility
We are not responsible for tax, penalties, interest, immigration outcomes or other losses that result from relying on the figures Atrium shows. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Atrium in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
Apple
If you use the iOS app, Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies. Apple is not a party to these terms, is not responsible for Atrium or its support, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms as they apply to the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell you in the app or by email about material changes. If you keep using Atrium after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong can hear any dispute, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
